  Subsurface sucker rod pump   The subsurface sucker rod pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed. Technology was introduced from USA in 1980’ s. More than 40 models and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm. Structure of pump The main spare parts of subsurface sucker rod pumps are barrel, plunger and valve. Drill Collar   Drill collar is a component of a drill string, which places weight on the drill bit and pump drilling fluids. Drill collars are the integral thick-walled tubular pieces machined from steel solid bars, they are screwed together along with other downhole tools to make a bottom hole assembly (BHA).   Drill collars’ material is AISI 4145H modified steel, nonmagnetic nickel-copper alloy or other nonmagnetic premium alloys.Production standard is API Spec. 7-1.   Our drill collars are slick type and spiral type. Spiral drill collars have grooves machined on the outside surface that promote the even flow of drilling fluid around the drill collar diameter, equalizing pressure and reducing the occurrence of differential sticking.

The spray-welded plunger of SRP is equipped with a Monel joint (nickel copper alloy joint), which can more effectively resist the corrosion of the plunger by the corrosive solution in the oil well. There are two connection methods between the Monel joint (nickel copper alloy joint) and the plunger body, threaded connection and friction welding connection. The available materials and surface treatment processes are recommended under the three principles of equal service life, pump barrel failure first, and plunger first failure. On 10th.March,Puyang Zhongshi Group shipped 36 tons of sucker rod pump to our client. These pumps will be used in Middle east market.   At the end of of Jannary, a new client from Asia placed order of API 20-175-THM. After the strictly inspection, the products are already one the way. Torque Rings are the steel rings inserted into the couplings to upgrade the API connections for both oil tubing pipe and casing pipe. Torque ring provides mechanical shoulder for the ends of the pin ends to increase torque capacity. By creating a positive shoulder, API pipe can be run, and rotated at a significantly greater torque.   Puyang Zhongshi Group produce torque rings for use in drilling and production operations for both casing and tubing, which provide the premium performance for API connections. We also supply the installation tool for torque rings.

About tubing pump   For tubing pump, the pump barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod type pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Mechanical Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.   For some large production wells, larger bore of tubing pump can be worked if the on-off connector is installed. Tubing pump is the strongest pump. It has large flowing area for fluid and it is suitable for producing viscosity oil. The cold December is coming to an end, and the factory is ushering in the peak of shipments.
